Why does the media lick Liverpools arse time and time again?

Watching BBC breakfast show this morning, they are reporting the Scouse cunts magnificent win over Brighton, the magnificent 100% record so far, and stating they are the only team who 'can & definately will' challenge Man City for the prem.

Why is it that the media across the board are gagging for fucking Liverpool to win the premier/champs league/FA cup etc yet other teams are beset with problems ie Man U, Cheslea, Arsenal, Yids etc etc.

It's like the media have got them down as 'entitled' to win something and way above any critiscm.

Clearly - I fucking detest the club and everything it stands for, the '96', Heysel, Shanks, fucking Gerrard bottling it in Scotland, & now their new GK being 'currently' the best in the world alongside Van Dyck being the best CB in the prem, let alone Klopp being the best manager in the league.

Just fuck off do.

But White Pony, if Gerrard had controlled the ball properly he would never have slipped and hence Chelsea wouldn't have scored, but once again the media always say he slipped,not couldn't control a simple pass.

Liverpool fans all came back out of the woodwork a few seasons back. Never realised I knew so many. Of course now they are insufferable, which is why I took great delight in Gerrard's slip a couple of seasons back. They are up there with Man Utd fans for me in terms of being glory-hunting, clueless arrogant pricks.

Never really had a problem talking football with Liverpool fans, the appreciated they had there moment in the 80's United took it in the 90's, City & Chelsea bought it in the 00's now they're having a crack. Yes some of them are annoying personalities but I don't detest them.

I live in Birmingham and follow West Ham.

I’m Asian , so I am very much in the minority.
Most follow LIVERPOOL, including my family.

My brother said to me on Saturday, I heard you left the ground when it was 3-0 at anfield.

I said I’ve been to anfiled this season, you won’t be going .

So what? Was his response.

I hate Scouse and everything about them.

Mallard nailed it - it's Hillsborough guilt even though their own fans caused the disaster. Awful tragedy but I don't care what anyone says, those 2,000 fans without tickets charging the gate are to blame

ever since media is quick to praise them as they dont want to get boycotted like the sun still is up there

The coverage of our opening game was like watching Liverpool TV. Two ex Liverpool "experts" in the studio and instead of an ex West Ham for balance they had a token bimbo. They had another ex Liverpool player pitch side and when they scored their second goal the commentator said: "That puts a nice sheen on the first half."

It's funny, Liverpool the football club is like London.

Big, fancy and been given more than its fair share of help to prosper.

West Ham is like Liverpool the city. Has plenty of character, been given the shitty end of the stick more often than not - so consequentially, pretty shit!

I remember after the CUNTS beat us in Cardiff they all kept coming over to our fans totally genuinely saying well played good game etc. On their fans forums i remember loads of stories about how nasty our fans apparently were when they came to congratulate us and they couldn't understand it! Weird sort of delusion. The face of sanitised football maybe, who knows.

Mind you, Everton are totally different. They hate everyone. Just like us.
